Yes, Slowdive is incredible and sort of came out of nowhere for me.
Mine probably The XX - I See YouKendrick - DAMN.Foxygen - Hang
Definitely I'm not your man by Marika Hackman, absolute babe
Joey is criminally underrated
At the moment a toss up between Thundercats, Joey's, Sango, Sampha and Kendrick. But I'm hoping Vince drops a classic.
I've been listening to this non-stop the last couple of days and it's gone into my top 3 of the year comfortably. Absolutely brilliant.
For me, it's got to be Moonlandingz - Interplanetary Class Classics closely followed by Jim Jones and the Righteous Minds - Super Natural. BSP's Let The dancers Inherit The Pary up there too . There is just so much good music out there across all genres
Moonlandingz is a huge shout! Really liked Sweet Saturn Mine but didn't love the rest of the album as much. Best track?
Oooooh - difficult - changes each time I play it the track I'm listening to is the best! Today's top three - I.D.S, Black Hanz and Neuf du Pape
The Big Moon - Love in the 4th dimension !!!
For me, it's Richard Dawson - Peasant. I'd never listened to him before, but it's just incredible, like nothing else.
The Amazons' self titled is unreal!!
Saturation - Brockhampton is amazing, honestly it's so perfect from start to finish omdz.
I think I will correct my above album - you're right, that record is HUGE. Heat is one of the hardest rap tracks of the decade.
The only LP I think that may beat it for me could be Mount Kimbie's release in October.
Saturation is a solid LP though
(Bit late but I’ve only just joined this forum)
I think SZA’s album was great. It really resonates and is very anthemic women I feel.
