Slightly different take on this from me. I just bought a ticket for Manchester Orchestra @ Shepherd’s Bush O2. I’m assuming it is for Stalls Standing, but nowhere in the dialog, on the confirmation etc, does it appear to confirm this (I’ve mailed support to ask for confirmation). What I don’t want is to arrive at the venue on the day and feel po’d because it turns out its not Stalls Standing.
Where there is more than one ticket type, it would be better if the purchase dialog actually stated what type of ticket it is (e.g. in the case it could be either Stalls Standing, Level 1 or Level 2), and that this was also on the email and on-line confirmation.
